Sensational Sweets uses FedEx or USPS to ship you your order. We guarantee that your order will leave here in perfect condition!

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Any extra charges or damages due to a wrong address given to us.
  • The time of day when your order is delivered or if it is not left because you are not there to receive your order
  • Any order sent in good faith that is refused unless – there is severe damage to the box – which is noted with the carrier.
  • If the carrier can not deliver because of exceptional weather conditions or circumstances.

Heat and Shipping Chocolate:

  • We will add a $5.00 surcharge to your order at the time of shipment if we must ship to warm weather (above 70 degrees Fahrenheit) locations. This charge covers the cost to cool and insulate the shipment. If the order requires air shipping, we will contact you.
